NOTICE OF LAND LETTING
The following fields are to be let on a 3 year Farm Tenancy Agreement starting 01/02/26 when payment will be due.
Closed bids must arrive before noon on the 31st January to be accepted in time. Bids can be made by email or in hard copy to the address below. Hebden Parish Council is the final arbiter for successful bids, no negotiation will be entered into.
There are some environmental regulations to comply with Mid-Tier DEFRA agreements as listed below. They will be attached to the agreement given to the successful tenant.
As before walls must be maintained and harmful weeds removed in an approved manner.
Land to be let includes:
Allen Garth 0.68 hectares
Whygill Gap 1.10 hectares
The Stripe 0.31 hectares
High Bank Side 2.36 hectares GS5 & SP6
Low Bank Side 1.034 hectares now as reduced for the Community Orchard GS2
Low Green 1.19 hectares GS2
Backstone Edge Allotment is no longer available for shooting rights.
