Bids can be made by email or in hard copy to the address below. Hebden Parish Council is the final arbiter for successful bids, no negotiation will be entered into.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are some environmental regulations to comply with Mid-Tier DEFRA agreements as listed below.
